The software outputs detailed global and strength checks as well as stiffness and buckling analyses of steel nodes. In addition, the program can check bolts, welds and concrete bases based on the European Standard EN, American Standard AISC, Canadian Standard CISC, Australian Standard AS, Russian Standard SP and National Standard GB. IDEA also provides a flexible library of templates for frequently used nodal forms, common steel sections and combined sections.
